Vi sinh khử Nitơ Microbe-lift N1 là tổ hợp vi sinh dạng lỏng có tính chuyên hóa cao.Tổ hợp vi sinh này được thiết kế đặc biệt để thúc đẩy, thiết lập và duy trì quá trình chuyển hóa nitơ trong các hệ thống xử lý nước thải.
Microbe-Lift N1 là một sản phẩm có chứa hai chủng vi sinh vật chuyên biệt cho quá trình Nitrat hóa: đó là Nitrosomonas sp và Nitrobacter sp. Nitrosomonas sp có khả năng chuyển hóa Ammonia thành Nitrit, một bước quan trọng giúp giảm thiểu độc tố trong môi trường nước. Sau đó, Nitrobacter sp tiếp tục công việc của mình bằng cách biến đổi Nitrit thành Nitrat, hoàn tất chu trình nitrat hóa và đảm bảo an toàn cho hệ sinh thái thủy sinh.

1. Microbe-Lift N1 giúp tăng hiệu quả xử lý Nitơ và Ammonia cho hệ thống nhờ:
- Khởi động và thúc đẩy quá trình Nitrate hóa ổn định, nhanh chóng.
- Kết hợp với Microbe-Lift IND chứa Pseudomonas sp để tăng hiệu quả Khử Nitrat, giảm Nitơ tổng, Ammonia, Nitrit và Nitrat.
- Microbe-Lift N1 còn giúp giảm mùi Amoniac trong hệ thống.
2. Vi sinh khử Nitơ Microbe-lift N1 hoạt động được với hàm lượng Ammonia lên đến 1. 500 mg/l và thúc đẩy quá trình Nitrat hóa trong thời tiết lạnh.
3. Sử dụng cho nhiều loại nước thải, từ sản xuất như cao su, thủy sản, bia, thực phẩm đến sinh hoạt đô thị, chung cư, cao ốc văn phòng và y tế bị vượt chỉ tiêu Nitơ, Ammonia.
4. Vi sinh khử Nitơ Microbe-lift N1 được sản xuất dạng lỏng, kích hoạt nhanh, không cần ngâm ủ trước khi sử dụng. Đảm bảo hoạt động của hai chủng vi sinh vật quan trọng trong quá trình Nitrat hóa.
5. Giúp nước thải đạt tiêu chuẩn xả trong 2-4 tuần, khắc phục hiện tượng chết vi sinh do sốc tải Ammonia cao, giảm chi phí vận hành và nhân công.

Ứng dụng sản phẩm vi sinh MICROBE-LIFT N1 hiệu quả đối với bất kỳ hệ thống xử lý nước thải nào được thiết kế cho việc chuyển hóa ni tơ (nitrate hóa) như:
- Nước thải công nghiệp của các ngành cao su, dệt nhuộm, chế biến thực phẩm, dầu ăn, sản xuất bia, nước giải khát…
- Nước thải đô thị: sinh hoạt, khu dân cư, chung cư cao tầng, cao ốc văn phòng…

Hướng dẫn sử dụng vi sinh khử ni tơ Microbe-lift N1
Sử dụng vi sinh đối với tháng đầu tiên nuôi cấy:
- Ngày 1 và 2 sử dụng từ 40 – 80 ml/m3.
- Ngày 3 đến 7 sử dụng từ 10 – 20 ml/m3.
- Ngày 8 đến 30 sử dụng từ 2 – 5 ml/m3.
Duy trì sự ổn định và hiệu suất toàn hệ thống: Sử dụng liều lượng từ 1 – 5 ml/m3.
Lưu ý rằng liều lượng thay đổi tùy theo tính chất nước thải và đặc điểm hệ thống. Kết hợp Microbe-Lift IND để đạt kết quả tốt nhất.
