WARRANTY POLICY
1. Products and Warranty Period
All products purchased from KaT Solution are covered under the manufacturer’s official warranty period, ranging from a minimum of 3 months to a maximum of 36 months for complete machines, and 6 months for accessories, as per the following conditions:

The warranty period is confirmed on the Warranty Card, starting from the purchase date.

If the Warranty Card is lost, customers can still claim warranty services by providing the correct buyer information, address, model, and serial number on the machine, provided they comply with Condition 4.
Repairs will be carried out by KaT Solution as promptly as possible, depending on the extent of the damage.
2. Product Exchange and Return Policy
Within the First 7 Days:

Exchange for defective products (due to manufacturing defects) as per the policy of each brand. The product must remain intact without scratches, with tags, labels, packaging, and accessories in full.

Exchange upon customer request, provided the product is unopened, with intact tags, labels, and all accessories included. A fee of 10% of the product value applies.

Products with issued VAT invoices cannot be exchanged or returned.
After 7 Days of Use:

Defective products will be repaired under the manufacturer’s and KaT Solution’s warranty policy.

For exchange requests, KaT Solution will repurchase the product at a price 10% lower than the original invoice value.
3. Warranty Conditions
Products will be eligible for warranty under the following conditions:

The product is within the warranty period.

The model, serial number, and labels on the machine remain intact and match the information in KaT Solution’s database.

Damage is due to component quality or manufacturer defects.
-
The product does not fall under the exclusions in Condition 4.
4. Warranty Exclusion Conditions
Products will not be eligible for warranty under the following circumstances:

Tampered or altered labels, or removed serial numbers.

Damage caused by mechanical impact (e.g., dropping, collision, crushing) or natural disasters, fires, floods, lightning, or pests.

Damage due to incorrect voltage usage.

Improper installation, maintenance, or usage contrary to manufacturer instructions.

Products altered or repaired by unauthorized technicians.
-
Products not purchased through KaT Solution’s distribution network.

Expired warranty period.
5. Post-Warranty Services
KaT Solution continues to provide maintenance and repair services for products, systems, and components purchased through its sales network, even after the warranty period ends, with fees mutually agreed upon based on the product type.
